If you hold a valid FairGo 4 Youth Program approval from Melton City Council and did not use it for your child’s 2023/24 membership you can use this to obtain a refund for the 2024/25 membership up to the amount indicated on the acceptance letter.

To claim your FairGo 4 Youth Program refund follow these simple steps;
1.  Go to Swim Central and purchase your child’s 2024/25 membership
2. Request your refund by forwarding your FairGo 4 Youth Program acceptance letter email to president@meltonswimmingclub.com.au

You MUST purchase the 2024/25 membership before requesting a refund, the FairGo 4 Youth instructions published by Melton City Council are not correct for our memberships.

All refund requests received by the 5pm on the 28th day of each month will be submitted to Melton City Council for processing, which takes between 3 and 4 weeks. Once Melton City Council have accepted your request, we will be in touch to arrange depositing your refund.
